This wine is made from 100% Timorasso grapes. Derthona "Cà Degli Olmi" represents our best expression of this typical vineyard of the Tortonesi Hills. It is aged 12 months in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, it shows a yellow color, an intense nose and a mineral and structured palate.

This wine differs from Derthona "Cà Degli Olmi" for a simpler structure, a lower alcohol content, and a refinement in stainless steel tanks for only 6 months.

This wine is obtained from Cortese grapes, undergoes a delicate pressing and it's fermented at low temperatures to preserve the floral notes, thus obtaining a fresh, fragrant and delicate wine.
